You can place your orders online on the Products page, the individual product pages, or via the Order Form.
You can send an e-mail to order@epitopebio.ca with the following Purchase Order (PO) information::

  • full name and organization name.
  • phone number and e-mail.
  • shipping address (and also billing address if different than shipping).
  • desired products and quantities.
  • your PO (optional; please attach document with e-mail).
  • name and account number of your shipping company.
You can call +1 (206) 934-9339 (USA) or +1 (604) 780-8570 (Canada) during 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (UTC-8) on weekdays (except Canadian statutory holidays) to place your order, by providing the same information as you would via e-mail (see above). You may also leave us a detailed message outside of work hours. We strive to answer all inquiries within 24 hours.

We accept US or Canadian dollars payments through all major credit cards (via PayPal's secure online payment system), mail-in checks, wire transfers, and money orders.
If you supply us with a PO, your payments are required in net 30 days. 2% interest charges per month will incur for overdue balances.
Without a PO, full payments are required at the time of purchase.
Once we receive and process your order, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days from Vancouver, Canada. You are responsible for the shipping charges and any additional charges (e.g.: international tariffs/taxes, etc). For all Canadian customers, we are required by law to charge 5% GST.
For Canadian customers, you can receive the products within 1-2 business days of placing your order on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Due to the temperature sensitive nature of our products, orders received on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.
For international customers, you can receive the products within 1-3 business days of placing your order on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Due to the temperature sensitive nature of our products, orders received on a Thursday or Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.
We also take every measure to minimize customs delays. However, as customs clearance is not under our control, hence we provide no guarantees or compensations for delays if they do occur, but rest assured we will be there to assist in the clearance of your shipment.
NOTE: We ship all orders via the most expedited services possible. A tracking number will be provided to track your order. For shipments of lyophilized mAbs within continental North America, discount ground shipping (5-7 days delivery time) may be possible. Please advise our shipping department if you would like to choose such an option for your order.
We do not accept returns due to the sensitive nature of our products, so please confirm your orders before placing them with us.
Our products go through strict quality control tests before shipment. If you notice serious technical issues upon receiving the product, you must notify us within net 14 days of receiving the product. Upon confirming your claim, we will then issue you a product replacement.
